๐ Coverage & Support
Where is Telesco located and what areas do you serve?
Headquartered in Texas with regional offices in San Antonio, Austin, Dallas/Fort Worth, and Houston. Serving apartment communities nationwide.
Can Telesco support our existing technology or only systems you installed?
We can support and upgrade existing systems too. Many customers came to us because their previous vendor disappeared or they had five different vendors. We’ll evaluate what’s there, recommend what to keep vs. replace, and take over support.
What if our system goes down after hours?
Telesco offers 24/7 emergency support. The same phone number works any time. After hours routes to an on-call technician who can remote-diagnose most issues immediately.
Do residents call Telesco directly or do they call the leasing office?
Property staff are the first contact and file tickets with us. We don’t handle resident calls directly, which keeps the leasing office in control of the resident relationship. A direct resident hotline can be configured on request.
๐ Company
Who founded Telesco and how long have you been in business?
